Terrible customer service! I’ve used many of their products. Deep conditioner, shampoo, leave-in conditioner, styling cream, misty refresh, protein treatment, detox shampoo and I DO LOVE some products. I won’t be buying again because of their lack of proper customer service. It’s a real shame because their shampoo and deep conditioner do wonders for my hair type. I hope I’ll find another brand just as good!

I use 2 gels when doing a wash & go. This Hold It Right There gel really defines my curls before I put the last gel on. My style lasts for 5-7 days as a result. Its definitely a fixture and my go to for styling.

I have been using the Inhairitance products for about a year now and I must say I am in love with the quality of the products. Hold it right there keeps my curls perfect the entire week and beyond if I didn’t wash my hair weekly. Easy to apply and I set it under the dryer. My hair is so soft all week. I got the big size this time around! So worth it!!! The green shirt is day 7 and the black shirt is day 1.
There's something about Inhairitance's products that is truly different from other products that I've used: it doesn't leave my hair dry. As a matter of fact, my hair after washing with the shampoo looks so defined and is soft, to the point that I don't always have to put the conditionner. When I add it though, it brings my hair hair to another level: at that point my curls are easy to detangle and feels nourrished. Each product helps to work wonders and ease up my wash and go process or my twists and trwist outs.. That's why, when I run out of any of their products I get more.

So far so good, it took time to get used to having texturized hair after years of relaxing it. Your products definitely do not disappoint.
Inhairitance products are on another level. I am constantly trying to se what other brand could give me similar results and I have yet to find one!

While this conditioner was specifically formulated for low porosity hair, we know that every curl pattern, density, and hair routine can respond differently to products. Moisture Rescue has a lighter formulation designed to deeply hydrate without weighing the hair down, which some clients with thicker or more tangle-prone hair may find less slip-focused than heavier conditioners.
For easier detangling, we often recommend applying the conditioner in sections on soaking wet hair and allowing it to sit for a few minutes before detangling. Some clients also prefer pairing it with one of our deeper moisture like the Unconditional Love conditioner or styling products for additional slip.
