How does Auto-Refill work?

Choose Auto-Refill and a delivery schedule. Your subscription renews automatically on that schedule: we charge your card and ship your products, so you never have to reorder.

You save 10% on your first 2 orders, then 15% on every order after that.

Can I pause or cancel?

Yes. Auto-Refill has a minimum of 2 orders. After your 2nd order, you can pause or cancel anytime from your customer portal.

To open your portal, use the link in the email you got with your first Auto-Refill order, or log in to your Inhairitance account.

Can I skip or reschedule a delivery?

Yes. In your customer portal, each upcoming delivery has a Skip button, and a Reschedule button to change the date.

Can I add or swap products?

Of course. In your customer portal, click Edit on your products to add, remove or swap them.

Can I change how often it arrives?

Yes. You can change your delivery schedule anytime in your customer portal, from the options available for that product.

What if my payment doesn't go through?

We'll email you a secure link to update your payment method, so your next delivery isn't interrupted.

Already subscribed? Skip, reschedule or swap anytime. After your first 2 orders, you can also pause or cancel.
