This rich deep conditioner is specially formulated to meet every curly hair need. Baobab protein restores the entire hair shaft, while ginseng stimulates blood circulation in the scalp (an absolute must for hair growth). Rose de Jericho, also known as the Resurrection Plant, hydrates each hair strand to its core and promotes long-lasting moisture retention.

How to use

Section your curly crown and apply an adequate amount to cover the entire section. Apply from roots to ends, carefully finger-detangling each section. If needed, finish the detangling process with a wide tooth detangling brush, making sure to smooth down cuticles. Repeat and continue with all hair sections.

For thick and extra thirsty curls: Leave deep conditioner in hair and continue with your butter or styling products.

For fine and easily weighed-down hair: Rinse deep conditioner thoroughly and continue with leave-in conditioner and/or styling product.

Never received my package - no answer from support

I ordered three weeks ago and never received my package. I tried sending an email to your support team TWICE with no reply. Very bad service.

Thank you for your review and leaving your feedback. We apologize that you were not able to reach our support team about the delivery issue with your order. At the time, the support platform we were using was unfortunately having issues connecting to emails with yahoo.ca or yahoo.com domains, and this caused emails that we sent to these domains to be rejected or returned. This led to the delay in our communication with you as our support did not realize that the emails were bouncing back. This error has been fixed and so you should always receive a prompt response from our support team in the future. I do see that one of our agents was able to connect with you to resolve this isue, and so I appreciate your patience and understanding during that time. We will gladly refund or exchange your order within 7 days from the day you receive your item. If you would like to return or exchange any items please email support@inhairitance.ca & we will issue a Return Authorization & detailed instructions within 2-3 business days.

Please provide a proof of purchase or order number with your return or exchange request & allow 5 business days from shipment for the return to arrive and your refund or exchange to process.
